Step 1

Wash the rice properly and then soak it in a bowl full of water for half and hour and then drain the water before hand.

On a Non Stick Pan heat ghee 1 1/2 tablespoon. Then add 2 tea spoon of cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf, cardamom and 2 inch cinnamon.After that when the cummin seeds strats to crackle add the drained rice and add salt as per taste.

Keep stirring until the Ghee reaches all the rice in the pan and looks glossy from top. The add three cups of water and make it boil and keep stirring slowly. Then lower the heat and put a lid while leaving a little gap.

Step 4

You will know its ready when the the water is completely soaked and holes appear on the surface of the lid. Put the rice on a serving dish and serve it with any curry you want.

Step 1

Place the chicken pieces inside a bowl and then add yogurt, 1 teaspoon chilli powder,1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and salt. The add 1 lemon juice in it and mix it properly and let it to marinate for 30 mins.

In a non stick pan take oil and heat it. when the oil is hot, add bay leaf, cloves, peppercorns, cardamoms and onions. Properly mix it until the onions turns a little brown. After that add tomato and salt and keep mixing and cook until the tomatoes get soft and pulply.

Then add all the remaining ingredients one by one and mix it properly.

Then add the marinated chicken to the mixture and cook for 4-5 mins on high heat and keep stirring.

Step 1

In a non-stick pan pour oil and Heat it . Then add cumin seeds and stir it until the seeds changes colour.

Step 2

Add the onion puree and mix for 2-3 minutes and add ginger paste and a little water and keep mixing it until the mixture looks golden.

Step 3

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, ready made tomato puree and fresh tomato puree and mix it well then cook for 2-3 minutes.
